10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Fees Apply)
We want you to love your couch.
Because finding the right piece is important, we strongly encourage customers to book a viewing appointment at our Vancouver showroom before purchasing. Seeing it in person is always the best way to be sure.
That said, we understand that sometimes things change — which is why we offer a 10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange if your couch isn’t the right fit.
Refund or Exchange Options
If you contact us within the 10-day window, you can choose:
Option 1 — Refund
We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable return fees.
Option 2 — Exchange
Swap your couch for another piece from our current inventory. Return fees still apply, and delivery charges apply to the new item.
Return Fees
We aim to be fully transparent — returns are not free.
The following fees are deducted from your refund:
• Pickup Service: $150 (If we delivered the couch, we handle pickup. Additional charge may apply if over 40km from warehouse)
• Re-Cleaning & Restocking (Pet-Free Home): $100
(Steam cleaning and prep for resale.)
• Re-Cleaning & Restocking (Pet-Friendly Home): $150
(Additional deep cleaning required.)
Important: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Example Refund Calculation
If you purchased a sectional for $1,095 and had it delivered to a pet-free home:
• Purchase Price: $1,095
• Pickup Fee: −$150
• Restocking Fee: −$100
Refund Total: $845
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
✅ Same condition as delivered
No new stains, odors, tears, pet damage, or excessive wear.
✅ Request within 10 days
The return window begins on the delivery date.
✅ All components included
All cushions, pillows, legs, and original parts must be present.
If your couch was originally warehouse pickup, you are responsible for returning it yourself. Pickup fees will not apply, but restocking fees still do.
After 10 Days — Final Sale
Once the 10-day window has passed:
All sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges beyond this period — no exceptions.
Damage, Defects, or Delivery Issues
If there’s a problem, we’ll make it right.
Transit Damage
If your couch arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost.
Undisclosed Defects
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you discover an issue not disclosed at purchase.
Fit Issues on Delivery Day
If our delivery team cannot fit the couch into your home during delivery, you will not be charged and the order will be cancelled.
