About Cozy Couch Drops

Hey there, I’m Conor, and welcome to Cozy Couch Drops! This whole thing started back in January 2023 when I got a free couch, cleaned it up, and sold it for a bit of cash. I had no idea that one couch would kick off something so big.

After moving to Vancouver and working as a mover for three years, I got a front-row seat to how many great pieces of furniture go unused. So, I started flipping couches out of my tiny one-bedroom apartment. Before I knew it, I’d sold 50 couches from that little space! Things got a bit cramped, so I rented a garage for a couple of months, and then we moved into the space we’re in now.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve sold over 800 couches to folks all over Vancouver. I love finding quality furniture, giving it some love, and helping it find new homes where it’ll be appreciated. It’s about building cozy environments and saving solid pieces from landfills.
