How Delivery Works

1. Schedule Your Delivery

After purchase, we'll contact you to arrange:

• ✅ Next-day delivery
• ✅ Specific date/time window that works for you

2. We Deliver to Your Living Room

Our delivery service includes:

• ✅ Bringing furniture inside
• ✅ Placing it in your desired room
• ✅ Basic unwrapping (if applicable)

1-Person Delivery:
Our driver can typically handle most couches solo, but you may need to help guide through tight hallways, narrow doorways, or stairs.

2-Person Delivery (Recommended for):

• Single pieces over 90" long
• Delivery involving indoor stairs
• Tight hallways or tricky turns
• Anyone who prefers hands-off delivery

3. Before We Arrive

Measure your space:

• ✓ Doorways (standard is 32-36" wide)
• ✓ Hallways and any tight turns
• ✓ Stairwell width (if applicable)
• ✓ Final placement area

Clear the path:

• ✓ Remove obstacles from entryway to living room
• ✓ Protect floors if concerned about scuffing
• ✓ Have a clear spot ready for placement

💡 Pro Tip: Most couches can be angled through doorways 2-3 inches narrower than the couch depth. Our delivery team has experience maneuvering large pieces.

Warehouse Pickup (Free!)

Prefer to pick it up yourself? We're here for that.

Pickup Hours: Monday-Sunday, 9am-7:30pm (by appointment)

What to bring:

• Vehicle large enough to fit your piece (we can help you load)
• Moving blankets or tarps (recommended)
• At least 1 helper—some pieces are heavy!

Delivery Day FAQs

What if it doesn't fit through my door?
If our delivery team determines on arrival that the piece won't fit, you won't be charged for delivery. We'll work with you to find a solution or process a refund.

Can I change my delivery date?
Yes! Contact us as soon as possible at (236) 999-9110 and we'll reschedule.

Do you remove my old couch?
Yes! We offer couch removal service. Learn more →

What if there's damage during delivery?
Inspect your furniture before our team leaves. If there's any damage, let us know immediately and we'll make it right—no questions asked.

Do you deliver to apartments/condos?
Absolutely! Just let us know about:

• Elevator size and availability
• Building access requirements
• Parking restrictions
• Any delivery time windows required by your building
