10-Day Guarantee Details

Changed your mind? We get it. You have 10 days from delivery to let us know if your couch isn't the right fit.

Here's What Happens:

Option 1: Refund
We'll process a refund to your original payment method, minus the fees below.

Option 2: Exchange
Swap for a different piece from our current inventory. Fees still apply, plus delivery for your new couch.


Return Fees (Important!)

We want to be completely upfront: returns aren't free. Here's what gets deducted from your refund: (Pickup fee may be over $150 if your over 40km from our warehouse)

Quick Math Example:

You bought a $1,095 sectional and had it delivered to your pet-free apartment.

  • Purchase price: $1,095
  • Pickup: -$150
  • Restocking: -$100
  • You get back: $845

💡 Original delivery charges are never refunded


What We Need From You

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Same condition as delivered
No new stains, tears, odors, or damage. We get it—you sat on it! But it should look and smell the same as when it arrived.

Contact us within 10 days
The clock starts on delivery day. Reach out before day 10 ends.

Everything intact
All cushions, pillows, legs, and parts included.

If you picked it up from our warehouse originally: You'll need to return it yourself (no pickup fee, but restocking fee still applies).


After 10 Days: No Returns

Once the 10-day window closes, your purchase is final. We can't accept returns or exchanges after this point—no exceptions.


What About Damage or Defects?

Arrived damaged? Call us immediately at (236) 999-9110. If it was damaged in transit, we'll make it right—full refund or replacement, zero fees.

Didn't fit through your door? If our delivery team can't get it inside on delivery day, you won't be charged at all.

Found a defect we didn't disclose? Contact us within 48 hours and we'll resolve it.

Common Questions

Q: Can I return a couch I bought weeks ago during a previous drop?
A: Only if it's been less than 10 days since delivery. After that, all sales are final.

Q: What if I want to exchange but you don't have anything I like in stock right now?
A: You'd need to wait for a future Wednesday drop. We can hold your store credit, but we can't hold inventory.

Q: Do the fees change if I'm exchanging vs. getting a refund?
A: Nope—same fees either way. Plus, you'll pay delivery again for the exchanged piece.

Q: What's considered "pet damage"?
A: New scratches, excessive hair, odors, or stains that weren't there when delivered. If you declared your home pet-free at checkout and we find pet damage, the higher restocking fee applies.
